Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Oh Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags still attached and no signs of wear or makeup marks.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items in the original bag if possible and print the generated shipping label to attach to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
