How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer several shipping options including Standard and Next Day Delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or for orders over a specific value.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 21 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Please note that certain items like swimwear and earrings may have restrictions for hygiene reasons.
How do I find the right size for me?
To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. Our garments are designed to be figure-hugging, so if you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and item selection before completing your purchase.
